Builder's Note

I didn't start my career in software.

I spent nearly a decade working inside operational environments - automotive finance, real deal desks, real-time pressure.

When AI-assisted development tools arrived, something clicked. The bottleneck in building useful software was rarely writing code - it was understanding the problem, designing the system, and shipping quickly.

Today I build systems using modern AI-native tooling. I design the architecture, orchestrate the components, and ship working products.

Many still picture software builders as engineers writing every line from scratch. That model is changing.

The new builder stack looks more like:

  • domain insight
  • system design
  • AI-assisted development
  • rapid iteration

The tools changed - but the goal stayed the same:

build useful systems that solve real operational problems.
